For the past decade we have been working with government agencies to improve capacity and quality of life in remote, developing and indigenous communities. Yindi Group services the water infrastructure industry. It was born of a team with vast industry experience and the ability to deliver complex projects for our clients.

Our strongly developed specialisation has been with working in remote and indigenous communities both as Principal’s Representative and as the Project manager and Construction Contractor.

Chris Rodgers

Chris Rodgers

Director

Over 35 years experience in the national and international Oil & Gas, Water, resource and construction sectors. Chris has previously held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Operations Manager, Head of Business Strategy & Development and Project Director. He has been accountable for major growth and development of multiple businesses.

Chris also has over 15 years experience in Project Management, and Senior Management in State and Local Government including indigenous liaison. Chris is an accomplished communicator with the ability to ensure that the interests of all parties are recognised.

Jason Hall

Director

Jason has 30 years Project Management experience on large and complex institutional, commercial and residential projects. He has been the Leader for many major Projects, including Brisbane City Council infrastructure ($300M), facilities management Ipswich City Council, flood recovery for Moreton Bay Regional Council, Northern Territory’s Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program and Project Manager for major Pacific infrastructure ($510M).

Jason has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree with First Class Honour and a graduate certificate in Strategic Asset Management.

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in the water industry as a Senior Manager, Operations Manager and Project Management. Jeremy is the Director of operations and is involved in all aspects of sourcing clients, managing client relationships, managing project procurement and managing the team to deliver the projects. Jeremy has delivered projects for our clients from $100K to $15M.
